Had a guard donkey that would keep the goats away from the dogs food bowl until the dog was ready to leave with some food still in the bowl for the donkey. I have laughed many times watch this. Hummmm looks like girdy has or had a boy friend.

I must disagree with you on this one! We put a Donkey or two in the field with the cows, especially if they have newborn calves, to take care of the Coyotes. So far this year the Donkeys have killed 4 Coyotes and we havn't lost a Calf yet.

Ken,

I have never considered a Donkey as a Horse, as I understand it, they have 62 chromosomes, horses have 64 chromosomes.
