I picked up this mold a few years ago NOS. Its a single cavity old style Lee (doesnt have the steel alignment pins like my new molds) Cost me 5$
It cast pretty decent bullet. I just have not tried to load any of them and unsure what this bullet was "designed" for.

Im finally getting back into testing cast loads again that powder has found its way back to my shelf. I have 2400,H4895 to work with at the moment.

I would like to use it in my 1903a3

I had pretty good luck with testing the lyman 314299 sized to .310 before the powder ran out. I just like to have as many options for a good load as possible.

i'm curious about this mold as well. I would think 14 -16 grains of 2400 would be a good place to start. I've had good luck with that and the Lee 185 enfield boolit, sized to .311, out of my Sear/Winchester MOd. 70 in '06.

That Lee boolit shoots very well for me, usually around moa at 100 yards. Depending on the gun I use 18 to 20grs of SR4759. Around the same amount of 2400 works well also.

I have the double cavity version, casts nice bullets that shot well in my 03A3. Went to a lighter bullet to save on recoil and alloy. IIRC the Lyman 465 TP worked when sizing.

I have the new style double cavity mold. It works very well in .308 with my 788. I have a good subsonic load that I worked down to with Red Dot. This is a 50 yard group. The bullet works fine without gas checks at low velocity and with gas checks at higher velocities (1800-2400 fps). While it works at the higher velocities, I prefer to use the C309-270-F for the higher velocity loads. Just my preference.
