Question is it feasible because I load for 2 other 30 Remington child cartridges to reduce the rim and head of common and less expensive 35 Rem for these or am I asking form more waste than the cost and wait gains?
I would probably put the 40 S&W Lee FDC to work with the push anvil from the 453 push through sizer. Just as a rough guess at what will work. Maybe just a wet 40 S&W bulge buster.
The .25, .30 and .32 Remington can be formed from .30-30 brass if you have a means (lathe) for cutting off the rim and plunging a new extractor groove.
You might have to hydroform the cases to push the shoulder out where it belongs to headspace the first shot properly.

I made some for a 32 Remington that way .early on. The 6.8 is a lot shorter and pretty much swells out to meet the need. The rim turning is a hassle.
I expect I will just break down and pay the 60-80 cents per case and buy it but it sure would have been nice to have been able to do it for 30 cents per.
I just sorted through a bunch of brass and have a coffee can full of 6.8. Shoot me a pm and we can work something out

I've never actually seen or held a 32Rem cartridge, so...
