Help With WeatherBug

I tried to download the Ed Smith Gas Check Maker PDF and got the WeatherBug. I tried to use programs uninstall on my computer that uses Windows 7. I get "setup resource not found" with no uninstall. A scan by malwarebytes doesn't see WeatherBug as a threat even though WeatherBug allowed 231 programs on that it saw as malware or viruses.

I am not tech savvy, so does anybody have a program suggestion that will rid me of WeatherBug and put more detritus on my computer?

I deleted, I think, from Win7 without problem. Try a malware scanner to find it.

Even if you shut it down, it still starts up and ends up in your bar at the bottom!

***. It is OK on my iPhone and iPads but I do NOT want it on my office system. It can have holes in it hackers can worm their way thru.

That's why I'm trying to get rid of it. 231 *** allowed on because of it.

Google for uninstall weatherbug. I get this: http://www.weatherbug.com/aws/support/60faq_uninstall.htm

You may have to run it's installer again so it creates the uninstall files necessary to uninstall it.

Interesting, I use (I guess) an app on my Android devices that works really much better than the other main weather apps. Never an issue with the app. Sorry no help on getting off pc

I used DougGuy's suggestion to install and then uninstall in the final installation process. So far it doesn't show on my program lists. Thanks DougGuy.

Ran avast and malwarebytes scans and then restarted. NO WEATHERBUG!! YEAH!!!
