My Hero
Dad you were my 1st super Hero
Dad then you were my 1st court Jester maybe the dumbest man on earth
Dad then I grew up and I learned who you really were.
Dads then I learn you were human and not perfect.
Dad you were still a real man and still my hero
Dad you gave me your 1st and Last name one of your greatest gifts
Dad you taught me Love, Patent’s,Forgiveness 70x7, Loyalty and Honor
Many in our family have forgotten these lessons
Dad you were the glue that held it all together.
I ask myself almost every day what DAD Do.
I know you would say stay the course and forgive them. So I will
One day we shall meet again, till then every day I will see you in the mirror

Well no one cared but me dad.
You and I know that’s the way life is some times, you told me don't be afraid to stand alone.
I know we had a very special thing.

I wish I could fully echo your thoughts of your dad but I can with all confidence say my Heavenly Father is all that my dad was unable to be. Thanks for sharing your heart brother.

you said it so well,there is really nothing much else to say.
Your words mirror my relationship with my Dad.
I am going to visit him (and Mom) tomorrow and will be thinking of your words during the visit.

My Dad did sooooo much for me and my brother ...and it took a couple decades for me to really appreciate and understand that.
