Hello Folks,

My interest has shifted slightly from the Wichita to the Remington. If you have any good information on the XP100, please share. Also, if anybody knows where I can find a bag or two of 7mmBR cases, I would appreciate knowing.

Thanks, Tom

Wife shot a XP in IHMSA back n the 90's somewhere n my old notes I've probably got the loading info for some cast boolit loads. I'll have to see if I can find my old note books. If I can just remember the safe place I stored them :>D.

Make smoke,
Curt

I have one in 223, bought it in the late 80's. When I do my part I can hit a quarter 3 times out of 3 at 100 yards.

On 6mmbr.com, the brass comes up now and then, for sale. Its not cheap by any means

Purchase 6mm BR Lapua and it neck up. I don't have a Wichita but I have three XP100R's. Never found a good price on the original single shot. I love my XP100R's.

I have both, an XP 7BR and a Wichita 7IHMSA. I am looking for another xp as This one has quite a lot of ammo thru it. IF (BIG IF) I find one I might rechamber/rebarrel this one. But it still keeps 3 shots under 2" at 100 with a 4x scope. Lots of sillywets and deer and groundhogs have fallen to it. I hesitate to hunt with the Wichita as it has NO safety. I usually do NOT close the bolt on a round till I am sure I want to shoot. It's kind of slow but does work!
