How can I render a plastic powder funnel static free that it can load powder and leave no powder grains clinging to it?

Try wiping it out with a dryer sheet.

Spray it with CRC Dry Graphite Lube. Zero problems.

Save money, a used drier sheet does the same job!

I store mine with a used dryer sheet in it.
I keep a couple shhets in the reservoir of each powder measure, too.
It's usually dry here, and I have baseboard heat, and I don't have issues with static on my reloading stuff.
My clothes, carpet, and the dog are a different matter

Me too! I have an RCBS and a "cut down" Lee and occasionally need to wipe them with a dryer sheet...

r1kk1 and magic mike have your solutions. I have used the graphite mold release from Frankford with great success. Use it on my Lee Auto-Disk plastic parts and the cheap plastic weighing pan that came with my RCBS ChargeMaster.
Most of us just tap the few kernels into the trash and don't worry about it.

Dryer sheets here. Although my good RCBS Green funnel is best and thus gets used the most.

I just use my set of three aluminum funnels, no static to ever address. Later David
