Okay, I know you're thinking I've been sniffing the Hoppe's #9, again. Not so.

I just cast about 300 from NOE's new mold; its a 358 diameter and advertises at 147gr in the HP configuration; 155 with the flat pins.

Mine (w/HP pins) drop at .3585 to .3590 with my alloy; 90/10 ACWW/Linotype. I'll load these in both 9mm and .38 Special.

Just food for thought; any comparable load data from my favorite forum? Thanks for your comments, idea's, in advance.

Any load data for 158 grain boolits will work for the 38 special. I tested that boolit in 38 special with 3.5 of Bullseye. It worked great. reference this thread- http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?278539-Elco-tc-hp/page3 - post number 55 for a target result.

For the 9mm, I have been loading the hollow point variation using an OAL of 1.130 tumble lubed with midrange 147 grain powder charges with excellent results. More data can be found in the link I posted before.

You can also email the powder manufacturer and ask for a load using your components, I've done this 4 times now.
