What is a suitable BHN for a .439 diameter boolit that needs to bump-up to .445? I did 12.5 BHN just using air cooled WW on Wednesday, adding 15 pounds of 20:1 got me down to @ 8 BHN...

I shoot some paper patch bullets at .435 diameter that fill the grooves at .448 just fine cast from 16-1.

Get Accurate moulds to cut you a set of blocks to the diameter you want. There's a ton of bullet styles to choose from on his web, just request one of them to be adjusted to your diameters.
