I have a Lyman 410610 mould. My RCBS top punch does not fit the bullet cone correctly.
Can some one tell me which top punch I need, I do not have anything that tells me.
Thanks
Cleve

Cleve, just file the hashmarks off the head of a short (1/2") quarter inch bolt. Or use a quarter inch rivet, flat head of course.JW

I use flat top punches for all my flat nose bullets. I think it lets the bullet move a little to help with any misalignment in the lubrisizer.

Use the RCBS TP you have ... fill the cavity with hot glue. Spit on a 410610 bullet and twist in the hot glue. When the glue is dry, trim excess off edge. Put in lube size and go to work! No buggered bullet noses

Here's a link to the Castpics top punch references....

So that would be a Lyman #43.

Tom at Accurate makes a 3 pack of aluminum TP's that are of flat nose configuration and they will work for a large range of bullets for just $5. If your bullets have any meplat at all, these TP's will work. NOE also makes a set that screw into the Saeco style presses at about $6 ea. It's the way to go for not having to have a large collection of TP's. Later David
