I just sorted out 6 full 5 gallon buckets of WW's and now I found 4 more that I have to sort. Don't even have time to do any smelting

It dangerous to let casters know you have an excess of WWs. Ya better have them put away safe, cause there are lots of us in need.

Know what you mean. I sorted about 1200# of wheel weights over the fall and winter. Have not smelted everything that I scrounged last year, but I'm still looking and finding more. I will be doing some smelting in the next few weeks, before it get really hot. Stay tuned, you will see some pictures!

Hmmm... I see you're in Ohio. I can come and take all that excess lead off your hands for you, no problems at all. That way you'll have plenty of time to get your supply smelted. :razz:

B Be sure a day will come when you will melt those down.

C Quit Complaining (Or Bragging) crying in your beer. We should have such problems.

Good thing about lead is you aren't racing any expiration dates.

Cast what you want. Sort what you want. Smelt what you want. Sell what you want. Store what you want. You are in a good position.

I will not have lead envy, I will not, no I won't. But I will have much sympathy for any that do suffer from lead envy at reading this thread.
