Hi-TEK bullet coating ?? what is it and what are the advanatges, pros cons etc. thanks

It is a baked on coating made in Australia, I purchased some from Bayou Bullets.
Works very well, there is a You Tupe movie on applying the coating and there is a forum section on the subject. I powder coat as well as use the Hi-Tech coating.
