M die type expanders

Have other die manufacturers imitated the M die concept in their production of expander plugs? Specifically, I'm curious about the Dillon SGD's powder through expander plug.

Have you seen NOE's line of expander plugs? Look on the left side of the page under "categories" and look down to "expander plugs". He has them for both rifle and pistol and they fit the Lee universal expander die.
