Picked up a Belding and Mull 311190 a while back without handles and ground a set of Lee 6 cavity handles since it needed an odd curve where the blocks attach. Kind of a weird design with 2 different crimp grooves, but I liked its looks. It uses pins instead of screws to attach handles as well, which I had to make. I finally managed to find some good weather to test a few 10 shot tests at 100 yards in my M28-76. It did pretty well I think for such an odd, old design with a powder charge chosen by what Accumeasure rotor was in at the time(10s/10l). Target's load data is 7.62x54r, BM 311190, TAC1 lube in bottom 2 grooves with BLL overcoat, 10.7 gr Unique, seated out to touch throat of Finn M28-76.
