This is a CH shotshell loader but what model? Any other info. on it?

Can't tell from your picture are the tubes at the back from a hopper?

Someone over at the Trapshooters forum identified it as a CH Model 907. Here's another pic. showing the hoppers. If anyone has a manual for this I would really appreciate hearing from them.
