got a .45 long colt r and d cylinder for my ruger old army. fits real good and goes in and out of the gun real easy. went out to my friends shop and he had a few .45 long colt cowboy rounds and we shot it. shot real real good. thought it would snort more and glad it didnt. was easy to shoot, very little recoil and very accurate. now im going to get a set of dies and some brass and load up cowboyloads and shoot it a lot. gun is from the 70/s and looks like it has never been shot and the cylinder fits perfect. anybody else shoot the old army conversion?

How easy is it to pull out and reload. My ROA is slow to pull out the cyl. Do they do something to improve it?
