Anyone here install a Lyman mold guide on a Lee 20lb pot?

I have the mold guide and am looking for ideas.

Thanks
Gary

The mould guide from my Mag20 will only fit Mag20s. It mounts specifically to the legs supporting the pot itself. Lee is different. Most guys seem to build a stand that fits under the spout to serve as a guide for pots that don't come with guides.

Gary,

I just bought a Pro-Melt from swappin and selling and it came with a Lyman Mold guide on it. I'll try and remember to post a picture later this evening.
I think the guy I got it from came up with a neat Idea how to mount it.

Gary,
Here is the setup that I just bought. It appears that the guy took a 1/2" hex head bolt about 3 1/2" long, ground the head off the bolt and cut the threads
down a bit, used 2 hex nuts & drilled holes in the base.

I think you can pull this off. You should have enough room on the Lee Pot.

Len, thanks for the info and pictures. That's pretty much what I am planning on doing.

I will post pictures when I get it attached to the Lee pot.

I just received the upgrade shelf kit form http://www.my2ndright.com/ and don't have a need for the Lyman mold guide and all hardware as shown above.
I wouldn't even begin to know what the mold guide is worth, any suggestions? The mold guide and the bolts, only!
