Bluffton, South Carolina hog hunting and fishing

Next winter sometime I will likely head down to visit the wife's family in Bluffton. Is there any hog hunting opportunities down there over bait or some kind of interesting fishing? I will need something to do to escape.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Muskyhunter, I am about 25 miles south of Bluffton in Savannah. Can not speak for the hunting but the trout and redfish should be biting until mid-December. Let me know if you need some information on a guide. I might be able to help you find one.

No big catfish here. We got saltwater cats that are a PIA and will stick you with a barb. Most of the freshwater catch are in ponds.
