New to me G2 frame

Picked up a T/C Contender G2 frame on Gunbroker. Got it at a reasonable price. Had it at the range yesterday and ran about 300 rounds thru it with no FTF, my G1 gives me fits with these. Tim:bigsmyl2:

and learn more about your G1. Mine is 100% reliable, but they are not as robust as the G2 variant. Your's may need a little TLC.

All these contender barrels being sold has got me wanting another contender. I think I would really like one of the g2 in stainless. Tward, how do you like the grip shape? That was one thing I didn't like on my old contender, seemed like the trigger guard really bashed my fingers with heavy loads.

Historic firearms, like the grip shape, a little more room so you don't get the knuckle rapp. What might be an issue with the grip is that it is larger than my G1, not a problem for me but with smaller hand could be. Tim:bigsmyl2:

Thanks Tim. I had my dealer put a stainless G2 frame on his wish list for me. He had no idea when one would be available but at least one will be coming someday.
