i want to install a reddot on that rifle for him
he has a hard time with the crosshairs

good for him. and yes its hard to get your head positioned properly behind the scope when the stock is a foot too long for ya! lol

Congratulations on your new shootin' buddy!

It is truly one of the greatest pleasures to get a new shooter started on their first shot. I honestly can't I remember if it was my father, or one of my uncles who first first let me shoot a gun. But that's been over 1/2 a century ago. Either way, I'm still at it and will love shooting as long as I live.

it is rainy and icky out today
but since our bench is covered
when i pick him up from school we will swing by the range
i will mount a buncha balloons on a back board for him
