I finally got to the range today and everything turned out very well. There was no wind to speak of, a rare thing in Missouri this time of year and it was in the 60's. My cast loads all worked out except for a 95 Chillian mauser that is giving me fits. Tried some plain base loads in both K-31's in one they touch at 50 yards in the other about 1.75". The plain base in the 30-40 krag shot at about an inch at 50 yards but it shoots everything I have put through it well. I ran some "Fattest 30" through the 7.65 Arg. 1909 and they shot nice groups but about a foot high and to the left of my favorite gas check load. the Finn M-S did quite well also. I hope the weather is breaking in the rest of the country, we are supposed to get more snow tonight, but I got my shooting fix in, so I can take some more winter.
