Custom Contender barrels

Hello Folks,

There are several companies who make or modify barrels for the T/C Contender, including Bellm, SSK, EA Brown, MGM, Gary Reeder, Bullberry Barrel Works, and others, I'm sure. In your personal experience, who makes the most accurate barrels?

I've had custom barrels from both SSK and Bellm and can't recall a single complaint with either. Customer service was, perhaps, a little more friendly at Bellm but I got the answers I needed from SSK when I needed them, too.

I've had good luck with MGM barrels.

Bullberry used to supply my custom barrels when I shot Contenders. Top notch all the way, and very accurate.

all my barrels came from fox ridge T/C custom shop but they are gone now if i need a new barrel made it will be from MGM

I have both ssk and mgm both are accurate.

i have to go with MGM. i have four of them and can go .1" - .6" at 100 yards. ok, so they are all encores!!! if i had a 'tender, i would still go with MGM.
