gun show booty..part two

working a gun show this weekend( ya know selling brass...the colorado brass company).
the good news is we get to set up on friday, which in turn gives the dealers a "closed" sale.

i picked up
a 44 spcl lee loader
1 bx 6.5 gc
2 bxs 30 cal gc
1 bx 7mm gc( its actually a plastic 1/2" x 3" dia cylinder, clear plastic)
a lyman bottom pour older pot...15-18 lbs i guess.

and a friend, i had searching for a small ring mauser action, called with good news!

ohh and over $700 in brass sales.........

all in all, not a bad friday.

pumpguy managed to pick up the rest of the gas checks.....( well he left the 41 mags)
i on the other hand did manage to pick up
a 32sw breaktop revolver,
a m8-4x luepold
a kassnar 4x scope
three lyman ingot molds
a 750 industrial thermometer
and best of all
the mail man delivered about 300 rcbs 165 sillywets for k-31 testing!
all the while manning my brass table..i have not even seen the show!
(all this stuff was on my row!)

Lord I miss the gunshows.

Always went with my dad who was a dealer, and they used to always have the Friday dealer day. That was some fun stuff growing up.

Mike, let us know how the 165 silly wet boolits work in that K31.
I'm still looking for something that will work in mine. Those .296 lands are tough to find something that fits them.

ya the none on my rcbs 165 g/c nose runs .300 and it's a silh boolit.
was gonna try it in my k-31, but shoot them too fast through in my 308.

well sunday is the slow day at the gun show. i did manage to turn around a discover there was a 1891 small ring argetine at a great price. the booty table across the way popped out some more gas checks..picked up 22's and 7mm. bartered some 454 casul brass/ammo for a box of 32 s&w ammo....
all in all a great show($) and booty too.
