Daughter In Law Passed Away Last Night. Thank You For Your Prayers

My DIL passed last night. The last days were spent in a coma because of the pain.

I am terribly sorry for your loss and I pray God's peace and understanding for you and all that knew your daughter-in-law. I am also sorry for your other two losses as well. I would think that in times like this we think that we have the right to just get so mad at God, we ask Him why in the world would you do this to me, what I have I done to make you this mad at me. What we need to remember and understand is that God put us on this earth for a reason and he takes us off when it is our day to go. We have no idea as to why but God does, and everything that He does is for good even when we don't see it that way. The planning of this death was set in motion long before you and I ever existed, God had his plan for every single one of us set in place long before we were here. The thing called "Life" that we make such a big deal over, worrying about so many things that are meaningless is a waste of time. Life is but a short period we must go through while here in eternity. whether we spend 100 years on this earth or just 1 day, it is but a blink of any eye. Our time would be well spent asking the Lord to save us and accept him as Lord and Savior, trusting in Him, keeping our mind on the Lord, reading his word, living according to his will and commandments so that when our time to move on to the last phase, when we open our eyes again we will be looking at our Heavenly Father eye to eye.

My prayers go out to you and your family for peace, comfort, and understanding.

It's an odd thing. I have been in a couple of car wrecks, white water rafted the Grand Canyon, fallen through beaver ponds in sub-zero weather and walked 10 miles home frozen solid, walked a knife edge trail next to a cliff at night with a flashlight, hitched hiked into Arusha, Tanzania, scuba dived with sharks, jumped in full battle rattle in the middle of the night and been shot at on two continents all without a scratch. My Daughter In Law just minded her own business and got struck down.
