I did my first swaged bullet range test today.
I'm not sure accuracy was all that great but it is hard to tell much with 25 rounds.
I did recover several of the jackets and fragments after test shooting an 8" gong at 15 yards.
A friend from my club sold me an older Taurus 82 at the nice price so I could use it for testing instead of one of my nice S&W revolvers.
It was interesting that bullets with a little lead flow thru the primer hole retained some of the lead core.
I think I may open the primer hole some and plan on some lead flow in the future.
I'm looking forward to the next test session.

Woowee, those look like some dinner plates. Probably hurt a whole bunch. Congrats on your swaging.

Most of the ones I have seen on the ground after shooting steel with my swaged 44's look like the 2 in the bottom right hand corner. Most seem to retain a little lead at the bottom.

Did the two at the very bottom come out of the dirt?
