PP3 Powder?

I Was given a bunch of old 38 special reloads and the boxes all say 2.8gr PP3 150gr SWC. Does anyone know what powder they might have in them? I have not pulled them down yet so I don't know what the powder looks like, but I'm guessing it must be fast with only 2.8gr. Was wondering if anyone was familiar with what PP3 may be an abbreviation for?

Nobel PP3, about the same burn rate as Bulleye but, considered cleaner burning. See #11...
