I have always had a "thing" for crushing cans. The cylinder above came in an lot I bought in an auction and can crusher was the first thought. Use it down at the farm, this is the one I have at home.

I built one, but now the scrap yards around here pay .20 cents per pound less if there crushed

Yeah, that was one of my better ideas, took 3 shelves of spray paint and put into a much smaller space where you can pick out the one you want in an instant, with the side benefit of never clogging the tube with paint settling at the bottom of the can.
