Hi All,
I am going to set up my Star and Master Caster for air assisted with Wymanwinn part list.
Thanks Wymanwinn.
Would you be able to use the foot operated flow controlled valve to run the Master Caster till I
automated it?
Thanks for your help
Rich

The master caster is a little different because you have to handle movement and lead pour.
It is possible to semi-automate it.
Make the lead pour auto and then the movement via foot pedal

Your not gonna find it on the search. I never posted it lol

I will get you the info you need in the am when I get to work.
It's pretty easy if you are already using wyman'a setup

Requires the timing relay I used, a potentiometer, a air valve and then a limit switch.

What setup were you planning on using to automate it later?

Parts need to do automatic lead pour. Keep in mind this is based on if you already converted it over to pneumatic operation per Wyman's setup.
looks like I did already post it

I have two systems.

The original and the touchscreen.

I have parts I am no longer using now because I swapped over to the touch screen setup.
I can put together something for you.
I have the timing relay, air valve, pot, on/off switch
you would just need to plumb the air valve and install the limit switch
