Has anybody tried this powder with cast boolits in the .444 Marlin?
Hodgdon is no help on reloading info. They just keep ignoring my requests, and here I sit with a little less than 8 lbs of this stuff, that does work well in the .30-30, but I shoot the .444 Marlin a great deal more and was hoping I could use it for that!

It's probably a bit too slow for the .444. It'll "work", but there will be better.
It's close to #2520 on fast side, RL15 on the slower side. Call it an H380 variant.

As you found, it's great in .30/30, .35rem,.308me, .338me, .32spl. It's forte is smallish bottle-neck, medium pressure cartridges with jacketed bullets. Something of a narrow nitche. But where it works, it's unexcelled.
.444 likely isn't it...

Resurrecting an old thread, anybody ventured out to try this powder in the .444 Marlin yet?
