Does anyone know the correct expander plug sizes relative to the diameter boolits you intend to shoot to get the best neck tension in a straight wall case? In other words for example, if your shooting say a .314" boolit, you should use an expander between .309"-.310". The reason I'm asking is I have a set of 32 H&R Mag RCBS carbide dies which put about the right amount of tension on .314" boolits but not if I size them to .312" for another revolver. I have a .3075" expander but I don't know if this would be too small. Per RCBS the expander that comes with the dies is .310" and I'm trying to figure out if .309" would be best.
