Old keg of 2400-age?

Can anyone put a date on this old keg of 2400?

probably 12 lbs.
look for the stamped date code on the bottom or the side.
I'd guess late 80's.
the bar-code puts it as new type stuff,,, nothing vintage here.

It is an Alliant container; so it has to be after they bought the Hercules line in the mid '90's.

I have one of those. I traded into it and made a shooting friend at the same time. Mine was still sealed and had 15lbs of powder.

I should have enlarged the original pic. I never noticed that it was carrying the Alliant brand rather than the Hercules name. So it is later than I thought.

I just blew it up as well and those are Alliant stickers on top of the old Hercules name. Relabeled inventory right after they bought them?
