I wanna buy a bullet mold in 45-70, but don't know which bullet would perform best in my rifle, so I'd like to buy 20 bullets from each of the molds I'm considering so I can test them for performance before I commit to buying a mold. (Thanks very much to Cohutt and Snuffy for their help on the Lees and RCBS bullets, and Jon K for the SAECO #015's!)

If you have twenty bullets from a SAECO #018 mold (.458-459"....405gr....Flat Nose...[flat base]), I would appreciate it if you would email me with a price, including shipping to zipcode 39475. (Please tell me how you'd like the funds paid.) The bullets don't have to be lubed; I can do that myself. Your help is much appreciated!

Thank you very much,

May be able to send some #015.

What are you going to shoot these in? At what speed?

Hi Jon,

Thank you. I planned to shoot them in a Sharps 45-70. I haven't worked up a load yet. If you can, I'd appreciate your help very much.

Brian,

Smokeless or BP?

The reason I ask is, alloy for each needs to be different, for best results.
