9.3 blank check width

Hi, what width of al. strip do I need to make 9.3 checks.
I've been to the Coilandfoil site and it does not have that info.
I have been in conversation with Charlie and am awaiting some samples to see if the .375 checks will fit my Accurate mold's .355 shanks.

My FCIII 9.3 die measures 5/8" out to face of the slot. When I am being frugal I cut my strips 9/16" but that leaves no room for error!

I have not tested for size and thickness of metal. Not having any request for 9.3 checks it has been on the back burner. Be glad to send you some samples to test for me. Let me know. James
