We don't have heads here.
Boolits are the proper term.
But back to your question.
The Lyman 311041 seems to be the most successful.

Yes, as in "Leadhead Meatgetters". You got a problem with that? :kidding:

Not a lee, but if not hunting it would be the 311-291 (170gr), works in all my standard 30's. The lee 312-155 is a nice al around lee mold but not ideal for 30-30.

Agree, 311291 is a good one, but be cautious, the newer Lyman molds run small. Once you choose a design, slug your bores get the NOE version that gives the best fit.

If I had to pick only one LEE mold for all three, (30-30, 30-06, 308), it would be the C309-170F.

+1 to this. It is what I use and it will shoot great and kill deer sized game very well.

I really like the Saeco 315 tapered G/C'd boolit sized .311. It should be named the "ruiner" as it shoots like a house afire.

I also agree, that is a great boolit, I have the mold. I rarely use it any longer as I load 300BO mostly and that boolit just doesn't feed well in it. Most of what I cast is the Lee 155 .312 (not a good candidate for what you need), a 235gr A.C.E. (also not a good choice for you) and an Accurate 245gr boolit (works great in my 30-06) but I don't think it would work well in a 30-30 or the others unless you have a very long magazine well.

For me the term is a flash in the past.
Bill & Monica comes to mind.

I shoot the Lee 150 FN it shoots great in my 30 Herrett contender & and my 700 Rem. In 308 , I believe the 308 would be better served with the 170
