Anybody ID These Vintage Steel 1" Scope Rings Please?

For the life of me I cannot remember right now his name but he was a gunsmith in Denver active to the early 60's. Have a set of 1 inch just like that and a set of 3/4 inch as well.
I think he also made safetys and triggers as well as general gunsmithing.

Bill Tildon was his name, I think he worked down off Broadway.
The mounts were very solid but a bearcat to hold in line and D&T for.
