i was at the flea market this weekend and got the buy of the year for me 19 boxes of Brenneke slugs that a older man was sale that he didnt need any more :bigsmyl2::bigsmyl2:

Which ones? I used to load the Black Magic 3" 12 gauge slugs in my 870 when I lived in Montana and camped in grizzly country. Those slugs were absolutely amazing. Serious power.

In my opinion the best commonly available slugs on the market. Good accuracy out of smooth bores, designed for dangerous game, hard lead, and they come in 410ga, 28ga, and 16ga. What is not to like?

Depending on which ones you have, some can only be fired though rifled barrels.
I have a box of them, and no one I know has rifled barrel any more
