I think I figured out my leading problem. After a good scrubbing with JBs this barrel on my SR1911 is rougher than hell. Do you think it would be worth calling ruger and see about a replacement or just buy a different barrel?

Maybe you would consider this to smooth up the barrel? See what Ruger suggests first, then try lapping before just buying a new barrel.

What does your barrel slug at, and what diameter boolits are you shooting? What lube? I'm just curious.

Never slugged barrel, shooting lee 200gr round flat, 4.1grs bullseye sized at .452, tumble lubed. I have no problem if i powder coat them.

Yep. .452 should be fine, it's worth checking though. That boolit doesn't hold a lot of lube, but I have shoved it to 1,200 fps. with no leading, but I wasn't using Alox either. Good luck. Firelapping does work if you go that route.
