I have a very nice noe rg 2 35 200 ribs clone. The tops of the blocks align perfectly when It is cold, but as it heats up one side stands proud of the other, producing a flange at the base. The hole closest to the handles is not as affected as the other one.I'm thinking the alignment pin furthest from the handles needs to be driven out a hair, but figured I'd get a second opinion before trying that.
Your input greatly appreciated.

Have you checked to make sure the handles aren't binding or warped? I'd also try the handles turned over to the other side and check that, too first. Look for a lead deposit in the alignment hole or else where, also.

Flip handles on blocks it problem stays the same its the blocks alighnment if ut changes then it is the handles more than likely. I set my blocks on a flat surface closing as this helps pre alighn them some what saving weal on pins and pockets. With the blocks off the handles check for play or shake when closed on the pins also.
