Just finished a batch , and was wondering if it makes a difference.
Would like to load and shoot some today.

It is good to go...I have cooked it, loaded it and shot it...no problems.

Aging PC

Yes as it gets older They turn gray around the edges, slow down and complain about having to fit down such a tight space :) :)

Sorry could not resist that one

I have shot Pistol bullets coated same day and ones coated nearly a year later .. Both worked just fine

On rifle Bullets near full velocity I like to let the cast lead set for 2 weeks to get fully hard.. then shoot I get better groups that way

Bullets were cast and sized 6 months ago, just getting around to PC, Does the PC need to be aged for rifle velocities?

NO aging required. When it is cool it is ready to load & shoot!

Sure it needs aged. About 20 minutes in the oven.

LOL...Not many of my boolits last 6 months between casting and firing; I usually cast 200-400 in a session and it's so stinkin' easy to powdercoat that they get coated shortly thereafter. There are some folks here who say you should PC soon after casting, maybe because oxide formation or any residue the boolits accumulate can affect the powdercoat adhesion...I mostly dry tumble, maybe there's a difference with ESPC?

Found out you don't necessarily have to ground the item.
I just coated my ingot molds that were painted with hi temp paint to keep from rusting and had no ground on them.
Came out very good.
