hornandy ap press problem

I have the ammo plant in the ap press and im getting around to setting it up my ?? is when I put the case feeder on I lined it all up the when I advanced the case it wants too stick or tilt forward in the shell plate has anyone had the same problem . the instruction book is not clear on what to do, also this has the easy eject system on it the video is not to bad but doesn't show what to do . I have the spring in the groove as much as I can seat it . so im stuck on that part any info will help thanks !!! ????

Have you seen the video Hornady released on setup of the case feeder?
Does the case enter the shell plate and then try to tilt forward? Or is it sticking before the case enters the shell plate and tilts forward like the shell plate is too small for the case?
It sounds to me like you have the wire the shuttle runs on set to high.

no it tilts forward when it crosses the spring

I think you should call Hornady and describe you issue to them. They would know more. In that video, it looked like the retention spring was being held out of the way somehow.
