I need to find a sizing die in .269 or .270 soon but the only ones I can find are in .268 is there any way I could open it up abit, and if anyone here makes push thru sizing dies shoot me a pm

ok i sent him a pm but i can get a .268 one for $50 shipped and unless his price is better than i just want to know how i could open it up to .269 or .270

Use a barrel lap for the push through die like this guy uses for the neck of his loading die.

Basically it takes a lap and a bit of abrasive

Some fine sandpaper or emery cloth wrapped around something that will fit inside the sizing die should get you 2 thousandths in half an hour using just hand power.

Drill can speed that up a bit but check your size often.

Buckshot made me a .458 sizer for I think 35 bucks. the test slug he included mic'd right at .458
