I have gathered some stuff, made some stuff and started some feasibility tests.
I am taking 380 or 9mm and drawing them down to 356, cutting them down, then adding a .32 100grain as a core and swaging to .3575
My initial results have been encouraging
There is still a long way to go, but I'm pleased with how it is going so far

Those look great!
"I have gathered some stuff, made some stuff and started some feasibility tests...."
I am interested in trying this as well,..Could you elaborate on "stuff" a little?

They don't look bad at all! Better than my first swaging attempt. What's the final weight of them?

Nice job Dave. We'll have to load up a few and see how they shoot.

It is fun !
A friend of mine has been making his .44's from .40 brass so I had some coaching that shortened up the learning curve.
There are still quite a few details I need to work out.
I also need to get a beater .357 for testing, I don't think I want to test with my current S&W's.

As far as stuff goes
I bought a Lachmiller swaging die off the board here
I made the reducing die to squeeze the brass down to .358
I used a Lee .356 die for the final squeeze to .356
I'm using a Harbor Freight arbor press slightly modified to hold a punch in the ram.
I plan to make a 7/8-14 plate to bolt to the base, right now I just let everything float and align itself.
I found hat squeezing to .357 didn't allow the jackets to slide into the dies nicely.
I tried using a mini pipe cutter to trim, and found that a lee trimmer in a drill press seems to work better.
I used a Lee .32 100gr mould, I am going for a weight of 125gr. I may have to modify the mould in the lathe to get that.
I am currently working on the jacket length to try to get rid of the lead shoulder.
I'm not sure how much hat matters, but I don't want any leading.
The best part is that I don't really have a timeline and am just fiddling around when I have some time
