I have cleaned off Old lube by boiling the bullets. Melts the lube off and it just floats to the surface. Not perfect but reduces the Manuel cleaning by a bunch.

Put them on a cookie tray lined with paper towels, and put it all in the oven set to WARM, maybe a little higher. It will all run off, just throw away the towels and re-lube. Fast and easy.

I have soaked them in a can of gas for a couple hours also.

Baking them @ 250deg should do it. I like the idea of parchment or such on the tray for easier cleanup.
Try 45-45-10 or LLA on them. Or just shoot a couple and see how they do.
I have shot bullets that have had lube on them for 5 or 6 years and looked like ****. They shot just fine.

Exactly what I was going to suggest! +1

I've had lube come off when I left the bullets in my car with windows up on a 95 degree day!!!!!!!:|
The bottom bullets in the box were lubed really well.:?
I think the oven trick will work.
