Any Info on Titewad Powder in Rifle Loads?

I have a jug of Titewad left over from my shotgun skeet shooting days. I'm wondering if I can use it for some rifle loads with cast boolits. I did a forum search and found some info, but maybe some new info is now available. I have found that it is slightly faster than Red Dot. Is there another powder that it is equivalent to? If not, can I use Red Dot data and start low?

I use bullseye data. In 308, a 40 s&w case used as a dipper yields appox 650 fps with a 180 gr. boolit.
