how well does these bullet shoot out of a pistol?

When the mold was introduced, it was touted as a combo metal piercing bullet and target bullet. It weighs about 205 gr. with GC. I loaded it hot in my Ruger flat top, and it shot and grouped well. The only metal I had around to pierce was an old refrigerator, and it would go through it, but so would other ammo. I could not see using a gas check bullet as a paper puncher with 5 gr. Bullseye. Also, the grooves were extra deep to hold a lot of lube, but that made it a pain to cast because it didn't come out of the mold too easily. My mold is a single cavity, and I just sort of got out of the habit of using it after I got some double cavity molds. This was all thirty years ago, but as I recall with hot loads it was a flat accurate shooter out to a hundred yards, anyway.
