I've had a lot of single action revolvers and grew up shooting muzzleloaders and blackpowder revolvers. I got my first pistol when I was 14 and it was an 1860 colt army replica kit that I assembled and my second was an 1858 remington. I keep eyeballing those conversion era colts and the 1875 remingtons and now I think I need to add an 1872 colt to my collection. I recently traded for an 1858 remington new army conversion revolver and it turns out to be one of the most fun and natural pointing revolvers I've ever owned. It's in .45 colt and made by Uberti. She's a keeper.
