For those that don't know,

If your case tumbler/vibrator motor burns up. All you have to do is go on Amazon and by a Broan bp28 motor(these motors are nothing more than a small bathroom fan motor, you can get smaller ones but they burn up easily) and replace the burned up on. you will notice that the mounting bracket may have a different configuration than the one your replacing, no big deal. Drill new holes to center the shaft on the bracket/bowl, more than likely the hole's will line up for you. However more than likely you had four mounting studs on the old motor and two on the new one, no big deal. Install the swing weight on the shaft and then the fan blade. Connect the wiring, which is not neutral/hot sensitive. Now put everything else back together and start cleaning cases.

New motor should be around 20-25dlrs. A lot cheaper than a new unit

Good tip.

Did you take photos of the project?

As we say in the IT world write it if you can't find it.

Sorry no photo's, I will have to say though, if you have trouble unscrewing a couple screws and nuts, cutting two wires followed by connecting two wires and replacing the nuts and screws from where they came.......Well.....

STOP RELOADING AND FIND A SAFER USE OF YOUR TIME....
