I'd never seen Lucas Red & Tacky in anything but the conventional tubes like you'll use with a grease gun.

Yesterday, I was in an auto parts store and saw it packaged in 1 lb. tubs with a screw on lid.

This makes measuring the lube out in 4 oz, 8 oz, or a full 16 oz. very easy.

Getting the lube out of the larger opening tub is also quite a bit easier for me. The cost was around $4.00

If you're making Ben's Red, this will make things even easier for you.

Thanks,
Ben

Also available at Wal - Mart in the conventional tubes :

Far better than a tube.

Sweet!
I need to get some more. That is how a couple greases we use at work come.
Just a little tip for getting the good stuff out of the tube use a paint stir stick. They fit perfect and you can scrape it clean.
Have a good day!

You can also use a grease gun to pump out what you need.

Ben will your L-liquid lube wor on standard lube groves or will you have to fill the groves with Ben's Red ?

Probably best used on bullets with the " Micro - Band " type surfaces. However , I and others have shot Ben's LL on pistol bullets with conventional lube grooves that were sized properly and rolled in Ben's LL.

They shot very accurately and did not lead.

Haven't noticed any around here in the tub, but will be checking at my local Auto Zone tommorrow! I like the convenience of the tub for sure....just pop the lid back on if you don't use it all at once! If they don't have it in stock, i bet they can order some for me.

Thanks for the tip Ben....making Ben's Red just got easier and more convenient!!
