Double dipping?

This may be a dumb question but could you pan lube with a hard lube so it stays in the grooves and say dip it in a softer lube after? Hopefully this allows the lube to work in hot and cold conditions? Just wondering? Thanks

Many of us have lubed and sized with one and then tumble lubed with another. Just for a little extra insurance.
