This was in a lot I got at an auction. Hoping some of you military guys could tell me what the heck it is. It folds down flat and has a circle at the top. Portable trash can, pot holder ?

I used to have one of those when I was a boy as a fishing stool but mine had a canvas top to it. Looks like that one has been modified to be used as a mobile commode!
